- Provide accurate information during onboarding and use of the Services.

- Ensure your use of AI, automation, and communication tools complies with your local jurisdiction’s privacy, consent, and professional conduct rules.

- You are solely responsible for how you use the Services within your business.

4. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Using our Services does not create an attorney-client relationship between you, your clients, or Legal Eagle Growth.

Any scripts, automations, or AI responses generated by the system are informational and operational only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content used in your firm’s communications.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms such as CRM systems, call software, or payment processors. We are not responsible for:

- Third-party system availability

- Data accuracy, system outages, or errors

- Policies or terms imposed by third-party providers

- Your use of third-party tools is subject to their terms of service.

6. Fees, Billing & Refunds

Fees for Services are identified at checkout or in your service agreement.

- Payments are due as specified in your plan or invoice.

- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

- Refunds, if provided, are issued at the Company’s discretion.

- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for unpaid or overdue balances.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Services to:

9. No Guarantees or Promises of Outcome

Legal Eagle Growth does not guarantee:

- Specific business outcomes

- Increased revenue, leads, appointments, or conversions

- Results from AI automations or third-party integrations

- Uninterrupted or error-free system performance

- All results depend on your business, operations, staff, and external factors outside our control.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, training materials, branding, product names, and proprietary systems are the exclusive property of Legal Eagle Growth.

You agree not to:

- Copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works

- Use our materials outside the scope of your subscription or agreement

- We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.
